We offer a 30-day refund policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a refund if you are unhappy with your purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- Be in its original packaging with any tags included.
- Include proof of purchase or your order confirmation.
How to Request a Refund

- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or a short video of the item and packaging
Important: Please do not ship your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address listed on your package. All returns must be pre-approved via email. Once our team reviews your request, we will provide you with the exact instructions. To save you the time, cost, and hassle of international shipping, we often allow you to keep or donate the item while we process your solution.
Return Shipping
If a physical return is required, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged on arrival, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 30 days at avenortm@gmail.com with your order number and photo/video evidence.
Once you provide this evidence, there is no need to mail anything back. To save you the hassle, you can keep the item, and we will gladly arrange a brand-new replacement order sent to you completely free of charge, or issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on:
- Personal care products
- Custom or personalised items
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or sale items (unless required by law)

Exchanges
We do not offer direct physical exchanges. If you'd like a different item, simply contact us to resolve your current order under our guarantee, and place a new order on our website.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please contact us at avenortm@gmail.com first so we can process this for you without unnecessary shipping hassle.
Refunds
Once your request or evidence is reviewed and approved, we'll notify you via email.
Your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
